Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Launchglot (https://launchglot.com) (the "Service"), operated by Zhou Zhengchao ("we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service includes AI features that translate app strings and generate, optimize, and localize app store copy (together, "AI generation features"). This AUP covers everything you upload, enter, or request through the Service, and everything you generate with it.
1. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service, including its AI generation features, to upload, request, create, translate, or publish any of the following:
- Sexually explicit or NSFW content. The AI generation features (translation and store-copy generation) must not be used to create pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise NSFW (not safe for work) content, including sexual descriptions, erotic stories, or copy that promotes adult sexual services.
- Sexual content involving minors. Any sexual content that involves, depicts, or targets anyone under 18 is strictly forbidden. We will report it to the relevant authorities where required by law.
- Illegal content. Content that is illegal, or that promotes, facilitates, or gives instructions for illegal activity.
- Hate or harassment. Content that attacks, threatens, demeans, or harasses people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics, or that harasses, bullies, or threatens any individual.
- Fraudulent or misleading store copy. False or unsupported claims about what an app does, fake reviews, rankings, or awards, misleading pricing, or copy that impersonates another developer, brand, or app.
- Intellectual property infringement. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights, including using other brands' names or trademarks as keywords or copy without permission.
- Content that violates store policies. Content that breaks the Google Play Developer Program Policies or the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
- Spam. Keyword stuffing, bulk or repetitive low-quality content, or content made to manipulate store search or rankings.
- Malware. Files or content containing malicious code.
2. Abuse of the Service
You must not:
- try to get around rate limits, usage quotas, credit limits, or plan restrictions;
- abuse credits, for example by creating multiple accounts to collect free quota or by repeated purchase and refund;
- probe, test, or break the Service's security, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or use automated means to create accounts;
- try to bypass our content safeguards, for example by disguising prohibited requests;
- resell or share access to the Service without our written permission.
3. Enforcement
If we believe you have broken this AUP, we may, at our discretion and depending on how serious the breach is:
- refuse or block the request, or remove the content;
- limit features or suspend your account;
- terminate your account.
Where we suspend or terminate an account for breaking this AUP, we are not required to refund fees already paid, except where our Refund Policy or mandatory consumer law says otherwise. As our Refund Policy states, we may also refuse a refund in cases of clear abuse.
We may use automated checks to block clearly prohibited requests. These checks are not perfect, and you remain responsible for what you upload and generate.
4. Reporting Abuse
To report content or behaviour that breaks this AUP, email support@launchglot.com with a description and any relevant links or screenshots.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP. We will change the effective date above, and for material changes we will give notice through the Service or by email.
6. Language
This AUP may be shown with notices in other languages. The English version is the legally binding version.
