Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This policy applies to purchases of Launchglot (https://launchglot.com), operated by Zhou Zhengchao. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record, which issues all refunds back to your original payment method.
Cancel Anytime
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings, or by emailing support@launchglot.com.
- After you cancel, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period, except as described below.
Subscriptions: 14-Day Refund for First Purchase
- If this is your first subscription purchase (Indie or Pro, monthly or annual), you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment date.
- Renewal payments, and later subscriptions after a previous one, are generally not refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
- If a refund is approved, the subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan.
Top-Up Credit Packs
- Top-up packs ($9 for 500k characters, $29 for 2M characters) can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used.
- Packs that have been partly or fully used are not refundable.
Exceptions
We will always refund duplicate charges, charges made in error, or charges for a service we could not provide because of a fault on our side. These refunds are not limited to the 14-day window. We may refuse a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase and refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@launchglot.com from your account email address and include:
- your account email address;
- the order or receipt number from your Creem receipt;
- a short reason (optional, but it helps us improve).
We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go through Creem to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
